Social Rights proposes moving the oldest nursing homes where it is not feasible to improve air conditioning to different buildings

The Department of Social Rights and Inclusion opens the door to going beyond the Climate Plan, which provides for the air conditioning of residences to adapt buildings to the reality imposed by climate change, and proposes that some centers could be completely relocated.
