The President of the Generalitat, Salvador Illa, stated this Tuesday that Catalonia will be "the center of all attention" tomorrow due to the solar eclipse. Illa led the institutional act of the 24-hour countdown to Wednesday's solar eclipse in the gardens of the Roman amphitheater in Tarragona.
