A man sleeping on the beach in Tarragona dies run over by a cleaning vehicle

A man died Sunday on the Arrabassada beach in Tarragona, accidentally run over by a municipal cleaning vehicle. According to the City Council, the man was a homeless person who was sleeping on the sand, covered with a blanket.
