They shoot a man on a terrace in Barcelona and leave him seriously injured
The Mossos are looking for at least two gunmen and the victim's life is feared
BarcelonaDaylight shooting in Barcelona. A man has been seriously injured by a firearm this Tuesday afternoon on a terrace on the Passeig de Taulat in the Sant Martí district of Barcelona. The Mossos d'Esquadra received the alert at 3:50 p.m. and, as ARA has been able to learn, there would be at least two perpetrators involved. The police have launched an investigation and are looking for the gunmen.
Emergency services have traveled to the scene, where the victim had to be urgently attended to. According to a witness, up to five shots were heard. The police's main hypothesis is that it would be an execution, and according to sources familiar with the matter told ARA, the victim —originally from Eastern Europe— was with his wife and minor child on the terrace of a bar at the time of the events.
