In critical condition a woman run over by a car in the center of Barcelona
The accident also leaves a minor less serious injury
BarcelonaA woman is in critical condition due to a hit-and-run this Tuesday in the center of Barcelona. Specifically, the incident occurred at the intersection of Aragó street and Rambla de Catalunya. In the same accident, a minor was also injured in a less serious condition.
The woman and the minor are not mother and daughter, according to police sources consulted by ARA. The same sources emphasize that the incident was accidental. In fact, the investigation of the case has been left to the Guàrdia Urbana de Barcelona, while the Mossos d'Esquadra have remained on the sidelines.
The Medical Emergency System (SEM) has activated three ambulances to attend to this incident. SEM paramedics have transferred the woman to the Hospital Clínic de Barcelona and the minor to the Hospital Sant Joan de Déu.
According to El Periódico, the incident occurred around 2:30 PM this Tuesday.
