Green light definitive to the new uses plan of Ciutat Vella

The plenary session of the Barcelona City Council definitively approved this Friday the new plan for the use of Ciutat Vella with the votes of the PSC and Junts, the abstention of the PP, and amid reproaches from Barcelona en Comú and ERC, who have accused the municipal government of condemning the city center to tourist monoculture.
