Europe warns of an increase in sexually transmitted infections

Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs) continue to increase significantly in Europe: according to data from the European Centre for Disease Control (ECDC), cases of gonorrhea rose by 31% in 2023, having tripled in the last decade, and cases of syphilis rose by 13%.
