ERC proposes to give Sant Jaume square the maximum heritage protection

ERC requested this Saturday that the Barcelona City Council urge the Generalitat to take action so that the City Hall and Plaça de Sant Jaume are declared Cultural Assets of National Interest (BCIN), so that both will have the maximum heritage protection.
