Barcelona pressures Madrid to allow limiting commercial premises rents

PSC, Barcelona en Comú and ERC have approved this Thursday a proposition in the municipal plenary in which they demand the Spanish government a modification of the Urban Leases Law (LAU) so that it incorporates specific instruments to regulate or moderate increases in commercial rents.
