Villarejo's fourth acquittal: he did not use his position as a police officer to investigate a businessman

The National Court has acquitted José Manuel Villarejo – a retired commissioner of the Spanish police –, his partner Rafael Redondo and the lawyer Antonio Erico Chávarri for the alleged commission that the latter made them to investigate a businessman in exchange for more than 400,000 euros.
