The TC endorses the amnesty in the cases of Quim Torra, Pau Juvillà and Bernat Solé

The Constitutional Court has dismissed the three questions of unconstitutionality promoted by the TSJC against the application of the amnesty to former president Quim Torra, former CUP deputy Pau Juvillà and former minister Bernat Solé, convicted of disobedience.
