The delegate of the Spanish government in Cantabria reports an assault by a PP councilor

The Spanish government delegate in Cantabria and general secretary of the PSOE in the region, Pedro Casares, has reported a PP councilor to the Civil Guard for assaulting him "physically and verbally" when both met this past Sunday at a livestock fair in Cantabria.
