The PP spokesperson in Congress, Miguel Tellado, lamented this Monday at a breakfast meeting at the Nueva Economía Forum that the president of the state lower house, Francina Armengol, had "vetoed and blocked more than 30 laws" from the PP, while stating that the Spanish government is struggling to pass them.
