Santos Cerdán's wife refuses to appear today in the Senate for health reasons

The wife of the former PSOE organization secretary Santos Cerdán, Francisca Muñoz Cano, has presented a medical report to the Senate's investigation committee on the Koldo case, rejecting to appear this Monday due to her health condition.
