The Minister of Transport, Óscar Puente, stated this Tuesday in an interview with Europa Press that the purchase and subsequent sale by the Madrid government of a luxurious penthouse was carried out "stealthily" and with a "dictatorial" use of public funds, "more characteristic of a banana republic than a democracy".
