Collboni's letter to European mayors calling for Catalan to be made official

The mayor of Barcelona, Jaume Collboni, has sent a letter to 31 mayors of European capitals asking for support for the official status of Catalan in the EU, just on the day it was rejected again. Collboni sent the letter to 14 countries, "especially" those most reluctant to recognize Catalan in Europe.
