The NATO Secretary General visits Starmer shortly before the premier leaves office

Days before next week's NATO summit in Turkey, and that the British Prime Minister, Keir Starmer, leaves Downing Street, the Alliance's Secretary General, Mark Rutte, has visited London in what is interpreted as further pressure for the United Kingdom to increase defense spending.
