The CJEU's Advocate General says Hungary violates fundamental rights by banning LGBTI content.

Advocate General of the Court of Justice of the European Union, Tamara Capeta, believes that Hungary violates European law with its law prohibiting access to content related to LGBTI people under the pretext of protecting minors.
