Russia will deploy short- and medium-range missiles "if necessary"

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov has confirmed that Russia will deploy short and medium-range missiles when it deems necessary: "Russia no longer considers itself constrained by anything." But he clarified that future deployments "will not be made public."
