It has been five years and during this five-year period the current establishment has achieved two feats: building a good restaurant and maintaining the level throughout that time. This is the Rude, located on Manso Street in Barcelona, in the Sant Antoni neighborhood. The concept has always been the same. The menu is divided into small individual appetizers and then a set of hot dishes designed to be shared.

Excellent in both the product and the cuisine. The steak tartare, bacon, and egg yolk roll or the crispy Catalan-style roast beef roll with prunes and pine nuts are famous. As for the more substantial dishes, also worth mentioning are the herd with Iberian cured meats, parsnip, and black garlic; the beef tendons, fried hake, calamansis vinegar, and piparra peppers; or the roasted suckling pig with parmentier, mustard, bimi in the fin, and seasonal mushrooms. Succulent dishes for dipping bread. Their cuisine is Catalan, sifted through the 21st-century sieve. It's traditional cuisine with the enthusiasm of the three friends who embarked on this adventure that has turned out so well for them.

We know for sure that they have done well because apart from the fact that the room is always full, They have become involved in a second adventure: it is called Casa Fiero And we'll be talking about it in this journal soon. Returning to Maleducat, I'd like to add that the cocktail menu is very interesting and the service is also a gem. That can't be said everywhere.
