The Tast a la Rambla 2026 is about to begin. It will start this Thursday and last until Sunday. We recommend going on Thursday or Friday, as they are the quieter days. What will we find there? Well, 30 restaurants and 6 pastry shops with small dishes that cost 6 euros each.

Let's review some of the restaurants attending and their offerings. L'Atempo, which has one star, will present a nori seaweed cannula with Japanese-cured salmon and soy. Bar Alegria will be there with one of its iconic dishes: the truffle omelet. The influencer Rafuel will have his bravas, as well as another super-media chef, Nandu Jubany, will serve his cannelloni. In fact, there will be more Michelin-starred chefs like Jubany. An example is Jordi Artal, from the restaurant Cinc Sentits, and the suckling pig brioche with caramelized apple that he will cook at his stall. We also fancy getting our hands (and mouths) dirty with Nil Dulcet's lamb taco with salmorejo and passion fruit from Compartir. If you crave seafood, opt for the white shrimp with chicken sauce and artichoke from Enoteca or for the chicken and shrimp rice from Família Nuri. You will surely taste Carles Gaig's roasted croque-monsieur. And save some room for dessert, of course, as they are always worthwhile. They are from pastry shops like l’Atelier, Takashi Ochiai, Mervier Canal... Big names in the city.

Andorran cured meats and swimming with tuna

There will also be live cooking by renowned chefs, wine tastings, spritz, and fruit granitas. You will also find guest regions, such as Andorra, which brings high-altitude wines and cured meats. And an experience where you can swim through virtual reality with the Balfegó tuna in L'Ametlla de Mar.

Tast a la Rambla has been one of the gastronomic activities par excellence in the city of Barcelona for twelve years. When the heat arrives, Tast a la Rambla also arrives. Historically, it was held at the lower end of La Rambla – hence the name – but for four editions it has been held in Plaça Catalunya due to the works on the artery that connects us to the sea. This year will be the last one held in exile, the last one in Plaça Catalunya, and next year it will return to its original location.
