The Supreme Court says that mortgages referenced to the IRPH must be analyzed on a case-by-case basis

The Supreme Court addressed mortgages referenced to the IRPH and concluded that there is no single solution regarding their transparency, since their abusiveness will depend in each case on the conditions of the contracts, according to two rulings yesterday to which Efe had access.
