The CNMC investigates anticompetitive practices in the energy market

The National Markets and Competition Commission (CNMC) is investigating possible anti-competitive practices in the Spanish energy market. The regulator is looking for evidence of the application of excessive prices and denial of access to energy infrastructures within the sector.
