The Belgian justice system gives reason to Spain and orders to return to it 75 million euros frozen

The Belgian justice system has annulled the seizure of 75.7 million euros that an investment fund had managed to freeze from the Spanish company Enaire. The Brussels court has ruled in favor of Spain and concludes that the collection violates European Union regulations on state aid.
