Pear harvest increases, but apple harvest declines in Catalonia

The pear harvest in Catalonia is up 47% this year compared to 2024, when, as a result of the 2023 drought, there was a serious flowering problem, while the apple harvest is down 4%, according to the Fruit Business Association of Catalonia (Afrucat).
