Manuel Puig, vice president of Puig Brands, joins Colonial's executive committee

The Puig family, the main shareholder of the perfume and fashion group Puig Brands, which is negotiating a merger with the US-based Estée Lauder, is strengthening its position in Colonial. The real estate firm has appointed Manuel Puig, vice-president of Puig Brands, to its executive commission, the highest management body.
