Iberdrola launches a takeover bid to acquire the 16% stake it does not already own in Neoenergia for 1.03 billion euros

Iberdrola has launched a public takeover bid (OPA) for the 16.2% of the share capital of its Brazilian subsidiary, Neoenergia, which it does not control, with the aim of acquiring 100% of the company and delisting it, the electricity company reported.
