The German pharmaceutical company Merck buys the American Bio-Techne for almost €10,000 million

German pharmaceutical company Merck has reached an agreement to acquire U.S. provider of analytical technologies Bio-Techne Corporation for $11.3 billion (€9.95 billion at current exchange rates).
