EasyJet rejects a third purchase proposal of more than 5.4 billion by Castlelake

The board of directors of EasyJet has communicated the rejection of up to three purchase proposals by Castlelake. The last one was for a price of 4,740 million pounds sterling, around 5,477 million euros.
