Colonial foresees increasing its earnings per share by up to 22% in 2028

Real estate company Colonial has on the table to increase recurring earnings per share by between 16% and 22% in 2028, compared to 2025.

The increase will focus on next year and the one after. The forecast is to close 2026 with earnings of 35 cents per share and that, within two years, it will rise to 41.
