Carlos Cuerpo is not putting himself forward as a candidate to chair the Eurogroup

After three failed attempts, Spain will not submit a candidacy to preside over the Eurogroup, the monthly meeting of finance ministers. According to sources at Moncloa Palace, Economy Minister Carlos Cuerpo has rejected this option.
