Brussels gives the green light to Telefónica and Liberty Global to buy the Netomnia fiber network

The European Commission has given the green light this Tuesday to the operation by which Telefónica and Liberty Global –its partner in Virgin Media O2 (VMO2)– will acquire the second largest fiber operator in the United Kingdom, Netomnia, as the institution has reported in a statement.
