Bondalti completes takeover bid for Ercros with a 77.2% acceptance rate

Bondalti, the Portuguese chemical group, has successfully completed its takeover bid for Ercros after achieving acceptance of 77.23% of the valid voting rights, equivalent to 70,615,637 shares. The shares will be acquired at €3.505 per share, representing a total investment of approximately €247.5 million.
