Antoni Zabalza leaves the presidency of Ercros after 30 years

Antoni Zabalza Martí has left the positions of president and CEO of the chemical company Ercros, after holding them for 30 years. The change at the helm of the company occurs after the success of the takeover bid that the Portuguese group Bondalti launched on the Catalan chemical company.
