Aena says it will study legal actions over the airport management agreement between the Basque Country and the Spanish government

The public-private manager of airport infrastructure, Aena, has recalled in a note sent to the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) that the Spanish Constitution grants the State "exclusive" competence over airports of general interest.
