The "unmistakable and groundbreaking" voice of Eduard Olesti wins the Gabriel Ferrater prize

The work Schubert died of syphilis, by Eduard Olesti,, has been proclaimed the winner of the Gabriel Ferrater Poetry prize, endowed with 10,000 euros. The author, born in Barcelona in 1995, has previously published the poetry collections Un cowboy crepuscular and Sarcop, and the novel Gossos dempeus.
