BarcelonaThe penultimate great revue star of Paral·lel, Tania Doris, has died at the age of 74. For at least two decades, from the late 60s until the genre disappeared, she filled the Apolo Theatre with feathers and sequins with variety shows. Discovered and named by Matias Colsada, the father of the musical revue, owner of the Apolo theatres in Barcelona and the Monumental and La Latina in Madrid, and discoverer of names like Lina Morgan and Concha Velasco, Tania Doris would take advantage of her imposing physique in shows such as Una rubia peligrosa (1970) and Venus de fuego (1972).
