Gary 'Mani' Mounfield, bassist for Stone Roses and Primal Scream, dies

Gary 'Mani' Mounfield, bassist for the British band The Stone Roses, has died suddenly at the age of 63. Mounfield joined the Manchester band in 1987 and remained with them until their breakup in 1996. He then played with the Scottish band Primal Scream until 2011, when the Roses returned to performing live.
