Strong afternoon storms leave up to 70 l/m², hail and sudden cool spells

Showers and thunderstorms are affecting parts of the Pyrenees, pre-Pyrenees, Girona counties, and the central pre-coastal areas this afternoon. In some cases with heavy downpours, hail or sleet, and a sudden cool-down. Notably, 70 l/m² have fallen in Santa Coloma de Farners, where temperatures have dropped from 36ºC to 18ºC in an instant.
