The snowfall leaves significant accumulations throughout the Pyrenees

The snowfall that fell today across the Pyrenees has left some areas with accumulations of over half a meter at higher elevations. In some valleys, accumulations have exceeded 15 or 20 cm, notably 23 cm in Vielha and 18 cm in Puigcerdà. Over the next few hours, the snowfall will become concentrated on the northern slopes and will be lighter.
