Meteocat has raised the level of its rainfall intensity warnings for tomorrow, and the Baix Penedès, Alt Penedès, Garraf, Baix Llobregat, and Vallès Occidental have moved to red level. Locally, more than 40 mm could be exceeded in just half an hour, with violent weather phenomena.
