The Ukrainian athlete who competed wearing a helmet with photos of athletes killed by Russia was expelled from the Games.

The International Olympic Committee has expelled Ukrainian Vladyslav Heraskevych, his country's flag bearer, from the Winter Olympics for refusing to renounce the use of a helmet bearing photographs of athletes killed by Russia in the war in his country.
