The NBA trusts the new European league to expand internationally

The head of NBA operations in Europe and the Middle East, Héctor Argüelles, has underlined the importance of betting on a new European league to expand and grow the American competition. The objective is to debut this new competition in 2027 with 16 teams: 12 franchises and 4 by merit.
