BarcelonaBarça once again touched the sky in Oslo with a landslide victory against Olympique de Lyon to win their fourth Champions League in history (4-0). The players will celebrate this Sunday starting at 7:00 PM with all the fans. It will not be a parade like the men's team had a few weeks ago, but rather a celebration with the fans in Plaça Espanya and Avinguda Maria Cristina, as reported by ARA.

The celebration will begin at 5:00 PM with entertainment and a concert by Figa Flawas starting at 6:00 PM. The highlight of the party will be at 7:00 PM when the players arrive at the stage located on Avenida Maria Cristina and send a message to the fans.

Location change

A different setting from where the third Champions League was held –won in 2024 in Bilbao–. On that occasion, the event took place in Plaça Sant Jaume, where the then acting president of the Generalitat, Pere Aragonès, and the mayor of Barcelona, Jaume Collboni, received the team then coached by Jonatan Giráldez at the Palau de la Generalitat and Barcelona City Hall.

The blaugranas –led by Pere Romeu– taught the entire football world a lesson. With a short squad, featuring home-grown players like Clara Serrajordi, a starter in the final, and dealing with injuries, they managed to defeat a team built on money. Barça beat Jonatan Giráldez and Michele Kang's Olympique de Lyon –who for the first time since winning their first Champions League in 2011 will go four years without lifting any silverware– and are once again the best team in Europe.
