The Spanish government wants minors of any age to be heard in trials

The Council of Ministers has approved on first reading this Tuesday the preliminary draft to expand the Law for the Comprehensive Protection of Children and Adolescents against Violence. The main novelty is that the text establishes the obligation to listen to minors.
