The Public Transport Promotion Association (PTP) denounces the new Commuter Rail Plan for lacking timelines, which makes it difficult to "audit its implementation." Furthermore, they believe the plan does not prioritize projects effectively and mixes "necessary" works with urban development projects that, in some cases, "disadvantage users."
