The Prosecutor's Office has filed a complaint against the leader of Desokupa for inciting hatred against migrants.

The Prosecutor's Office's hate crimes section has filed a complaint in the Valencia courts against Desokupa leader Daniel Esteve for statements about migrants that it considers constitute a crime of incitement to hatred and another against moral integrity.
