The TSJC upholds the dismissal of an 112 operator for hanging up emergency calls without handling them

The High Court of Justice of Catalonia has confirmed the disciplinary dismissal of an operator of the 112 emergency telephone in Reus for ending several emergency calls without managing them between September 16 and October 2, 2024.
