The basins of the Segre and the Noguera Pallaresa enter into prolonged drought due to the lack of rain

While a part of the country experiences back-to-back storms, the Segre-Noguera Pallaresa basin and the Éssera-Noguera Ribagorçana basin have entered a prolonged drought following a summer and a September without rain, according to the Ebro Hydrographic Confederation (CHE).
