Sexist crime in Mallorca: 82-year-old man arrested for the death of his 79-year-old partner

A 79-year-old woman was murdered yesterday, allegedly by her 82-year-old husband in Mallorca, in what is now considered the sixth femicide recorded in Spain in 2025. The man allegedly killed the victim with a hunting shotgun in the family home and then attempted suicide.
